Dear IFX specialists

After i got CY8CKIT-042-BLE-A kit(BLE Pioneer Base Board +CY8CKIT-143A PSoC 4 BLE 256KB Module Board), i connect this kit with my PC through Mini-USB to USB cable(J13 MiniUSB port),the baud rate is configurated as EZ-Serial User Guide(115200, 8 data bit, 1 stop bit)。

As described in EZ-serial user guide, the factory default mode should support Text mode API events lisk below

But in my environment, after powering and booting, the output of serial terminal  is error code like below

when i input ,it's normal char/string  but no response. i doubt the EZ-Serial is actual not in Text API mode

My questions:

1. Whether is the CY8CKIT-042-BLE-A kit already loaded EZ-serial firmware when shipping?

2. Whether is the CYSPP pin and CP_ROLE pin already configured  as EZ-serial user guide(auto-start mode?)

3. Does Text mode HCI command has no response under auto-start mode?

thanks for your reply

I have found the reason: CY8CKIT-143A PSoC 4 BLE 256KB Module Board is chip but not a BLE module, it's not loaded EZ-Serial firmware when shipping.
