CYW20706 can't run code on external Flash

Hi, 

We have the same issu like :

We download Firmware into externasl Flash and check it work well before.

After continue loop power on 2s and power off 1s for test, 20706 will random happen can't normally run Firmware code.

After issue happen 20706 will always run into HCI mode, unless reload Firmware. 

I give 3.3v and only use UART port connect with PC, SPI for external Flash.

Is there any under risk not appear will lead 20706 into abnormal mode during booting?

It is super emergency, 

please HELP ASAP.

additional information, 

we check the SPI MOSI between normal and issue 20706.

Normal SPI MOSI after reset

Issue SPI MOSI after reset.

and we do the ABA test.

change issue 20706 Flash with work fine Flash -> whole 20706 work well.

change work fine 20706 Flash with issue Flash -> issue.

It looks like the issue follows the flash.

If you re-download the Flash, this issue can be covered?

Hi @Sven_Wang , 

Yes, I use chiploader re-download Firmware to the Flash, 

the issue will disappear.

Because this issue, we haved changed different Flash supply company , but the issue still here.

And the Flash now we using is suggested by Infineon.

So I am confuse about this, is there any possible 20706 will write or erase Flash automatically and lead software system always go fail.
