Bluetooth Class 1 module

We're looking for a Bluetooth Class 1 module as a replacement for a discontinued product (Microchip RN41XVU-I/RM). Beside class 1 we need only serial protocol support and connection to an external antenna (UFL). Which module with long life availability do you suggest?

Most of the modules have PCB antenna. Let me check any modules have ulf connector.
