We are working with IMX8QM MEK platform, running on Android 9 which has CYW4356 external chipset.
We have developed Android application and are facing BT connection-disconnection issues at times during testing the setup with iPhone 11 and older iPhones. Profiles connection is unstable and keeps on disconnecting regularly.
Please highlight if this issue is frequently observed with iPhones.
Somehow setup works fine with Android mobile.

Hello:
It is better to provide a sniffer log, so we can judge the issue in the first place.
testing the setup with iPhone 11 and older iPhones, Does it mean the newest iphone has no this issue?
Another way is to check if any Android side setting can influence the connection with iphone.
@Owen_Zhang123 , Did you meet this compatible issue before? android is ok, iphone often disconnects.

Which profile are you using in your application?
Please do not keep the phone in the system bluetooth setting page during the test. It may cause some connection problem.

Hello:
where did you get the firmware? from module maker or FAE, or some open source? we have a very strict BT firmware release process, need to write a CRRQ document (for hardware interface, different architecture, TX power, special fucntion ,etc) and create a project info, then we can have an official branch for it.
