I purchased CYBT-343026-EVAL and am trying to check the connection by sending Classic commands through TeraTerm.

However, the connection fails.

The address is correct for the connection.
The connection is to CYBT-343026-01.

Please let me know if you know how to solve this problem.

The connection is unstable, sometimes it is possible to connect.

The program in CYBT-343026-EVAL is still in the same state as shipped and no other program has been written to it.
The firmware version of CYBT-343026-EVAL is 1.2.29.

What's the peer device?

Does it support the SPP profile?

The peer device is CYBT-343026-01.

The peer device is also in the factory default state and no separate program has been written to it.

Could you share the entire log on both side?

I don't think the peer device is responding.

Yes, you are right. It seems the peer device doesn't receive the connection request.

Could you place the two device closely and test it in a clean environment?

Tested at a distance of 3 cm with no good results.

Is there any other reason why the peer device is not accepting connection requests?

It is quite strange because we never see the connection problem between two modules. How many boards do you have for the test?

There is one peer device and five central devices.
As an example, let's name the central devices A through E and the peer device X.

1. Central device A makes a connection request to peer device X.
The connection is successful.

2. Turn off both devices and disconnect them.

3. Central device B makes a connection request to peer device X.
But the connection fails.

Central devices C, D, and E also fail to connect to peer device X.

Could you try to make the connect with a phone or other device?

Is it possible for you to catch some OTA logs?
