If you have issues downloading to the kit, follow the steps below:
Press and hold the 'Recover' button on the kit.
Press and hold the 'Reset' button on the kit.
Release the 'Reset' button.
After one second, release the 'Recover' button.

Hi,
Please check the following when facing this issue, that the hex file from the build folder in MTB is chosen correctly, the uart-mcu connection is shorted using jumpers and the uart port on the chip is not used or opened in any other application.

Thanks and regards,

Hello @SURYASUNDAR
Are you using a CYBLE343072 EVAL or custom board ?
If custom connection with the FTDI chip, can you please share the connection diagram and a photo of the connection?
If you already tried Recovery procedure (with reset - recovery switches) and still facing issues, then mostly it will be a hardware connection issue.
Regards,
Anjana

Hi @Hemanth1 ,
Which launch file are you choosing from MTB while downloading the code? Also can you share the PCB schematic of the custom board so we can review it?
Thanks and regards,
