We finally got the successfully download our code into QQFN package after we added "recovery" button.

We have our own evaluation board - without the eLNA/ePA. Our code works on factory evaluation board.

We are porting the same code on QFN package. We do not observe any BLE transmit or heartbeat on the smartphone scanner. Is this because the code is programmed for external Amplifier? Or we have to change something in the code to enable internal Amplifier?

Hi,

I guess we don't have to change anything to enable the PA. but we have to configure the interface for the PA if you are using. Check wiced_hal_epa_configure()

Thanks,

Please send us the schematics of QFN board Part #:
the Eval board with QFN: CYW920721M2EVK-01

This way we can check if our connections are correct.
On Rx Enable and Tx Enable - are they under our Firmware control or ROM control?
