Hi,

I have just received a question about the  AVRH range of MB96635.

In the datasheet

in 14.1 Absolute Maximum Range

AVRH Vss - 0.3 ~ Vss + 6.0

In 14.5 A/D Converter > 14.5.1 Electrical Characteristics for the AD/Converter

AVRH AVcc - 0.1 ~ AVcc

002-reference_range.JPG

Does this mean that the reference range can be only between AVcc - 0.1 ~ AVcc ?

I'm afraid that this is typo of

AVRH AVss - 0.1 ~ AVcc.

Please let me know which is the correct range of AVRH?

moto

Dear Moto-san,

The both specs are correct.

AVRH : Vss - 0.3 ~ Vss + 6.0 is the Absolute Maximum Range.

And,

AVRH : AVss - 0.1 ~ AVcc is the operating conditions for ADC.

regards
