First question asked Welcome!

We are looking to use a hall effect sensor to detect steel using a bias magnet. The hall effect sensor would detect a change in magnetic field based on the magnetic field between the steel and bias magnet.

I’m currently testing with TLI493D-W2BW and experiencing saturation when using full range and can only detect up to ~7mm. Would you know how to increase the sensing range to >15mm without experiencing saturation, or know of a different Infineon sensor to test? The goal is to detect the combined magnetic field of the steel + bias magnet and the magnetic field of just the bias magnet.
