1、PCB 板子 SHIELD_AUTONOM_BGT60 搭载的是 BGT60LTR11AIP

2、通过阅读BGT60LTR11AIP radar sensor datasheet  可知如下

如果 VDD供电是1.5V,那么Voltage applied to non-RF I/O pins 最大可承受 VDD+0.3V 的电平

如示意图所示,SHIELD 的SCH 显示,如果MCU 有1.8V  电平,可以和 SHEILD直接连接吗?

The radar mmic needs 1.5v.

Hi Frank,

虽然规格书里的最大极限值可以达到VDD+0.3V,但是我不建议你直连1.8V。

毕竟芯片在极限值的情况下,一般不能很好的发挥其性能,有损稳定性。

造成不必要的损伤,从而减少寿命。

好的 ,我现在使用1.7V和MCU 直连,这样就省去 levle  shifter了,可以吧

在datasheet里面对于 power supply有parameter,但是IO 并没有parameter

按照这个,SHELED 的内部LDO 供电是 1.5V,那么 IO 可以接收 1.2~1.8V电平控制 ?可以这么理解吗 ?谢谢
