芯片RF输入端给-20dBm信号已经出现饱和,而手册中写到P-1是-12dBm,芯片的变频增益有26dB,与手册中的框架对不上,中频信号是否有放大器,希望大家能解答一下

Hi CC2,

请问你的输入阻抗匹配了吗?具体的输入信号是怎样的?dBm和dB放大倍数不是一个概念,有可能你的输入功率dBm很小,但是电压很高,导致放大后超过了ADC采样的基准电压,导致输出信号饱和。

出现大量谐波不代表饱和,有可能是输入信号有干扰导致的,请问你的具体波形是怎样的?

对IQ信号处理后会出现下图结果,在RF输入端增加衰减器后主信号谐波有明显改善
